Carbide rotor tips, backup tip sets and tip protection plates cover the wear components at the rotor outlet. We assess carbide grade and tip geometry against feed abrasiveness, impact conditions and the existing holder design.
Tip material and joining method are defined in the selected part’s technical file. Compatibility between tips, holders and protection plates is checked as a complete assembly.
